Mark Windell | President
Mark Windell began his real estate career at age 18 in the Lake Conroe area while attending college. Due to Mark’s leadership attributes and integrity, he was quickly promoted to management by the age of 21 where he was responsible for training and leading a top producing national real estate sales team. By the age of 30, Mark had built a $15 million dollar a year residential development company and has been recognized as a premier home builder in North Montgomery County.
His expansive real estate experience includes the development of three town home communities on Lake Conroe, four residential subdivisions, two light industrial parks, the construction of over 300 residences totaling over $250 million dollars in sales, and the sellout of many of Lake Conroe’s finest waterfront sections in Bentwater and Grand Harbor. While developing and constructing residential real estate can be taxing, Mark realizes the importance of family time.
Mark is happily married to the love of his life Faline and has two children. Both children have been recognized in the National Honors Society and participate in local ministries. Mark is passionate about supporting local charities and serves on advisory boards for two nonprofit organizations. Mark has also taken his charity work international and has been involved in mission trips to Pakistan and Central America.
Faline Windell | Co-Owner
Faline Windell has been involved in real estate around Lake Conroe and The Woodlands for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Starting off in her industry, she quickly became a top producer and has sold several million dollars in real estate. She has personally invested in flipping fixer uppers and new construction homes and has a wide knowledge of the housing market in a variety of fields. She enjoys the design process and has helped stage existing homes as well as design plans and select interior finishes. When moving to the area from Houston in 1997, she knew she was home. She met her husband while selling real estate in Montgomery, and they were married in 1998. That lead to two of her greatest blessings, her son and daughter, who are in the National Honor Society and have been involved in missions to Guatemala and Africa. She is very involved in her local church and loves helping with community events and supporting missions worldwide. Faline is very passionate about real estate and loves negotiating the best price for the buyer or seller she is representing and works hard to help their dreams become a reality.
Mark Windell II | Sales & Marketing
Mark is all about living life to the fullest. He is also a professional photographer and his keen eye for detail in assisting clients with the selection process and finding the perfect homesite for their dream home. Mark is also a youth pastor and leads a young adult ministry.
Bella Windell | Office Manager
Bella’s keen attention to detail is key to helping keep the office operations going smoothly at Hallmark. As a skilled and recognized musician, her disciplined training carries over in helping Hallmark keep detailed records of documents. Bella is on the worship team at her church has personally written three songs. She serves as a leader in a local youth group and passionate about music.
